Welcome to the online information & application module of TROPIMUNDO. As you can see on your left, this module consists of 12 items. On page 2 you find practical information on the course (eligibility, registration fee, application procedure, number of students accepted...).
If you wish to apply for the programme go to page 3 where you find a short manual on how to use our on-line application module. Please read it carefully. The remaining pages consist of the actual application form with a check-out page at the end. You can leave and come back to this module as you wish, data entered during an earlier session will not be lost. Be aware that once you completed the check-out page and activated the submit button you cannot make any changes anymore. The dossier is send to us and you will receive a copy by email. Attention: your dossier is not complete yet at this stage. An automatic email message will be send to your referees who are asked to complete an online recommendation form before the deadlines. You can use your personalised link to check the status of the recommendations sent. Only after the reception of the recommendations your dossier is complete and will be taken into account. We strongly recommend you to start your application well before the deadline.
Deadlines for 2013-2014 applications: 15/01/2013
This means you cannot submit any applications after this date. For next years' applications please ask for a new link from October 2013 onwards.
All applicants will be notified by e-mail only. Be aware that your personal data will be sent to the European Commission's Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) and may be used by other bodies involved in the management of Erasmus Mundus (i.e. European Commission, Erasmus Mundus National Structures, EU Delegations, Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association) for facilitating your access to the joint programme.
The Selection Committee will decide on admittance soon after these dates. Please bear with us while the university authorities and EACEA provide their final decisions on your application.
